		<description>Oh I LOVE my cast irons! I brought a 10&quot; and an omlette skillet with us, and am so glad I did. Forget Teflon, why poison yourself with that stuff. Cast iron is the way to go. Just whatever you do, don&#039;t scrub them too hard or use cleansers on them.</description>
