It's a shame that we only researched the product that we want and not the seller, we will definitely do this differently next time. We purchased a Jump-o-Lene from CMS Worldwide, when we inflated it on Christmas day one of the rings had a hole. CMS Worldwide said that we could return the product, but they made us pay for shipping and then charged us a restocking fee for the defective product.

NEVER buy anything from CMS Worldwide!

I am HUGE on good customer service so Thank You for posting about your experience as I wasn't sure if I would purchase from CMS worldwide sales besides there silly shipping price. But now I won't. I believe customers and you can read between the lines if the customers are wrong but I believe this seller is wrong. I won't be buying my pool from them. So they loose my $800 plus the outrageously high $500 shipping.

I find it funny the guy really thought I would show up at his door in person to try and scam him out of a 50 dollar mattress, and he still is holding to that logic. Though at the end of the day, me looking him in the eye and telling him he is a shady dude, and him being all worked up about it was a bit satisfying. He knew I was on to him, and that's why he gave us what we originally ordered when I told him to.
