We purchased a Jump-o-Lene from CMS Worldwide, when we inflated it on Christmas day one of the rings had a hole. CMS Worldwide said that we could return the product, but they made us pay for shipping and then charged us a restocking fee for the defective product. NEVER buy anything from CMS Worldwide! It’s a shame that we only researched the product that we want and not the seller, we will definitely do this differently next time. Though at the end of the day, me looking him in the eye and telling him he is a shady dude, and him being all worked up about it was a bit satisfying. He knew I was on to him, and that's why he gave us what we originally ordered when I told him to.
