We took Tessa out for her first real mountain bike ride on my old Trek 4500. She did awesome even though she did an endo at one of the spots. Tough girl ended up getting herself a new mountain bike and ready to hit the trail again soon!

McDowell Mountain Competitive Tracks

Posted by JacQ

We went with Mike from the AZ Mountain Biking Meet Up group to bike the McDowell Mountain Competitive Track. We took the Sport loop first, then connected to the Tech loop, and then finish the trail by taking the Long loop… It was tough, but a blast.

The trail is so beautiful right now. Lots of wild flowers covering the rolling hills. I think I will try to take some photos next time we head out.
