Thanks to Liesl’s invite, we signed up for the Warrior Dash 2011 in Arizona.
Tessa and I spent some time shopping for warrior custom and decided to go with Grok Warrior style… It was a hit! Lots of people wanted to take photos with us, but thought that we were going to overheat in those furry outfits. The day turned out to be beautiful, but got a little cold after the big rinse.
Liesl and Eric started their race before us, but we were lucky enough to catch them at the finish line before we started our race.
The course was easy, but rocky… our Vibram Five Fingers did not do well on the rocky trail. But we finished and it was lots of fun to take the challenge with Tessa!
